    • 過去研究已發現，金屬暴露可能影響孩子的發育。本研究探討了父母和嬰兒暴露於三種金屬（砷、鎘和鉛）與學齡前兒童發育遲緩之間的關係。我們招募了154對父母和子女，發現父母腳趾甲中的金屬濃度與孩子發育遲緩風險有關。特別是，父親腳趾甲中的砷和母親腳趾甲中的鎘與孩子的發育遲緩風險呈正相關。研究還發現，金屬暴露對男孩的影響更明顯。建議父母盡量減少金屬暴露，以促進孩子的發育。

    • 儘管手機普遍使用，但對學齡前兒童的影響研究不足。本研究探討手機使用和共讀對兒童發展的影響，以及母親憂鬱對此的影響。本研究在台灣招募了202位2-5歲兒童的母親，收集了手機使用、共讀和兒童發展的問卷資料，並進行統計分析。研究結果發現：母親手機使用時間較長，學歷較低的，兒童更容易超出手機使用建議時間。特別是在憂鬱母親中，兒童超出手機使用時間與睡眠和注意力問題有關，但共讀與減少身體不適和退縮有關。因此本次研究強調了共讀的重要性，同時提醒了手機過度使用對兒童的不良影響，特別是對於憂鬱母親的兒童。
